Texas Instruments ADS7822E-250G4 is a 12-bit successive approximation analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from the microPOWER™ series. This device features a single pseudo-differential input and a sampling rate of up to 200kSPS. The architecture utilizes a sample-and-hold (S/H) circuit with a 1:1 ratio to the ADC. Data is interfaced via SPI. Operating across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, it supports analog and digital supply voltages from 2.7V to 3.6V, and 5V. The device is supplied in an 8-VSSOP package, suitable for surface mounting and delivered on tape and reel. Applications are found in industrial instrumentation and portable electronics.
