Texas Instruments ADS5400MHFSV is a 12-bit, 1 Giga-sample per second (GSPS) pipelined Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC). This device features a single input with a sample-and-hold (S/H) to ADC ratio of 1:1. The ADS5400MHFSV offers flexible reference options, supporting both external and internal references. Its data output is delivered via a parallel LVDS interface. Integrated temperature sensing is included for enhanced monitoring. The component is housed in a 100-pin Ceramic Quad Flat Pack (CQFP) with an exposed pad, suitable for surface mounting. Operating across an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, this ADC is designed for demanding applications in areas such as high-speed communications, medical imaging, and test and measurement equipment. Analog and digital supply voltage ranges from 3.135V to 3.465V and 5V.
