Texas Instruments CD74HCT4052ME4 is a dual 4-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer featuring SP4T switch configurations. Each of the two independent switches offers a maximum on-state resistance of 130 Ohms with a channel-to-channel matching (?Ron) of 5 Ohms. This device supports single supply operation from 4.5V to 5.5V and dual supply operation from ±1V to ±5V. With a -3dB bandwidth of 185MHz, it is suitable for applications in industrial automation and test and measurement equipment.
