Texas Instruments CD74HC4316MG4 is a quad single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch featuring 1:1 multiplexer/demultiplexer circuitry. This device offers a low on-state resistance of 170 Ohms maximum and a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz, making it suitable for demanding signal routing applications.
