Texas Instruments CD4097BE is a dual 8:1 analog multiplexer/demultiplexer featuring low ON-resistance of 240 Ohms maximum. This CMOS device offers 3V to 18V single supply operation and a -3dB bandwidth of 20MHz. Channel ON-resistance is matched to within 5 Ohms, with typical OFF-state channel capacitance of 0.2pF and ON-state channel capacitance of 35pF. Leakage current is a maximum of 100nA.
