Texas Instruments CD4053BM is a triple 2-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer. This device features three independent, digitally controlled SPDT switches. Each switch exhibits low on-resistance of 240 Ohms maximum and low off-state leakage current of 100 nA maximum. The CD4053BM supports single supply operation from 3V to 20V or dual supply operation from ±2.5V to ±9V. Its -3dB bandwidth is 30MHz, and channel-to-channel matching (?Ron) is typically 5 Ohms. Crosstalk is specified at -40dB at 6MHz. Channel capacitance (CS(off), CD(off)) is 0.2pF and 9pF respectively. This component is suitable for applications in industrial control, data acquisition, and signal routing. It is supplied in a 16-SOIC (0.154", 3.90mm width) surface mount package.
