TDK-Micronas GmbH HAL® 7xy series HAL700SF-K is a digital Hall effect sensor featuring a dual latching function with open-drain outputs. This device is designed for surface mounting within a TO-243AA variant package (SOT-89B-2), supplied on tape and reel. The HAL700SF-K operates across a wide voltage supply range of 3.8V to 24V and supports a maximum output current of 20mA with a supply current of 9mA. Its temperature compensation ensures reliable performance across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 140°C. The sensor is sensitive to both north and south poles, with specific trip and release sensing ranges of -10.7mT/10.7mT and 19.1mT/-19.1mT respectively.
