The TDK-Micronas GmbH HAL® HAL203TQ-K is a digital Hall effect switch designed for latching operation. Featuring an open-drain output, this component supports a wide supply voltage range from 3.8V to 24V, with a typical supply current of 5.2mA and a maximum output current of 50mA. Its temperature compensation ensures stable performance across an operating temperature range of -40°C to 140°C. The device is sensitive to the South pole of a magnetic field, with trip and release points specified at 11.5mT and -11.5mT respectively. Packaged in a SOT-89B-3 (TO-243AA, Variant) for surface mounting, it is supplied on tape and reel.
