The TDK-Micronas GmbH HAL® HAL102JQ-I is a digital Hall effect latch sensor packaged in a TO-92UA-6 (TO-226-3, TO-92-3 Short Body) through-hole mount. This temperature-compensated device operates with a supply voltage range of 3.8V to 24V and a maximum supply current of 5.2mA. It features an open-drain output capable of sourcing up to 50mA. The HAL102JQ-I is designed to latch and respond to the south pole of a magnetic field, with specified trip and release points of 6mT and -6mT respectively.
