Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation TPUH6D Ultra Fast Recovery Diode. This 200V, 6A device features a maximum forward voltage (Vf) of 1.05V at 6A and a reverse leakage current of 10 µA at 200V. With a specified reverse recovery time (trr) of 45 ns, this diode is suitable for high-frequency applications. The capacitance at 4V and 1MHz is 50pF.
