Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation TPMR10DH is a Super Fast Recovery Rectifier diode designed for high-performance applications. This TO-277A (SMPC) surface mount component offers a reverse voltage rating of 200V and a forward current handling capability of 10A. It features a typical reverse recovery time of 35 ns and a forward voltage drop of 950 mV at 10A. The leakage current at 200V is a low 5 µA.
