Taiwan Semiconductor Corporation GP1005 is a common cathode diode array featuring two diodes in a single TO-220AB package. This device offers a maximum DC reverse voltage (Vr) of 600 V and an average rectified current (Io) per diode of 10 A. The forward voltage (Vf) is specified at 1.1 V maximum at 5 A.
