STMicroelectronics BZW06-171RL is a TRANSIL™ series Transient Voltage Suppressor diode designed for robust protection in general-purpose applications. This axial leaded DO-204AC (DO-15) packaged device offers a reverse standoff voltage of 171V and a breakdown voltage of 190V minimum. It features a peak pulse current handling capability of 11.3A for an 8/20µs waveform, with a maximum clamping voltage of 353V at this current. The diode provides 600W of peak pulse power dissipation and has a junction capacitance of 350pF at 1MHz. Operating across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 175°C, this unidirectional TVS diode is suitable for industrial and automotive electronics requiring transient overvoltage protection.
