STMicroelectronics Z0109M1 is a standard TRIAC designed for high-reliability applications. This ECOPACK®2 series component features a 600V off-state voltage and a 1A RMS on-state current handling capability. The Z0109M1 offers a 10mA maximum gate trigger current (Igt) and a 1.3V maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt), facilitating control with low-power drive circuits. Its non-repetitive surge current capability is rated at 8A and 8.5A for 50Hz and 60Hz respectively.
