STMicroelectronics T1235T-8FP is a Snubberless™ TRIAC Alternistor designed for high-performance applications. This single-phase, bidirectional thyristor offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 800 V and a continuous on-state RMS current (IT(RMS)) of 12 A. Its robust construction and Snubberless™ design minimize sensitivity to dV/dt and dI/dt, simplifying circuit design and enhancing reliability in demanding environments. Key electrical parameters include a maximum gate trigger current (IGT) of 35 mA and a maximum holding current (IH) of 40 mA. The device exhibits a non-repetitive surge current (ITSM) of 90 A at 50 Hz and 95 A at 60 Hz.
