This single-configuration device offers a blocking voltage of 400V and a continuous on-state current rating of 16A RMS. Its Alternistor design inherently includes a snubber circuit, simplifying external component requirements and enhancing performance in inductive load applications. Key parameters include a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 50mA and a hold current (Ih) of 50mA, with a low gate trigger voltage of 1.3V. The non-repetitive surge current (Itsm) reaches 160A at 50Hz and 168A at 60Hz.
