The STMicroelectronics BTA10-400CRG is a standard TRIAC designed for AC power control applications. This component, housed in a TO-220 package, offers a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 400V and a continuous on-state RMS current (IT(RMS)) of 10A.
