STMicroelectronics BTA06-800CRG is a standard TRIAC designed for high-voltage AC power control applications. This single-configuration device offers an 800V repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) and a 6A RMS on-state current (IT(RMS)). The TRIAC features a standard commutation characteristic and a high surge capability of 60A/63A for 50Hz/60Hz non-repetitive half-cycle pulses.
