STMicroelectronics ASD™ Series ACST8-8CT is an 800V, 8A standard TRIAC in a TO-220 package. This single-configuration device offers a maximum on-state current of 8A (RMS) and non-repetitive surge current capabilities of 80A at 50Hz and 85A at 60Hz. The gate trigger current (Igt) is specified at a maximum of 30mA, with a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.5V. The holding current (Ih) is a maximum of 40mA.
