STMicroelectronics ACST610-8R is a single sensitive gate TRIAC from the ACS™/A.S.D® series. This TRIAC offers an 800 V off-state voltage and a 6 A RMS on-state current. It features a low gate trigger current of 10 mA maximum and a gate trigger voltage of 1 V maximum. The holding current is rated at 25 mA maximum. Non-repetitive surge current handling is 45 A at 50 Hz and 47 A at 60 Hz. The component is housed in an I2PAK package (TO-262-3 Short Leads, I2PAK) for through-hole mounting. It operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ).
