STMicroelectronics ACST6-7ST is a sensitive gate TRIAC designed for AC power control applications. This single-configuration device offers a 700V off-state voltage and a 6A RMS on-state current. The sensitive gate characteristic is highlighted by a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 10mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.5V, enabling control with lower power logic.
