STMicroelectronics ACST6-7SG-TR is a single-phase, sensitive gate TRIAC designed for AC power control applications. This TO-263-3, D2PAK surface-mount device offers a 700V off-state voltage and a 6A RMS on-state current. The sensitive gate trigger requirement of 10mA (Igt) and 1.5V (Vgt) makes it suitable for direct interface with microcontrollers and other low-power logic circuits. It features a non-repetitive surge current rating of 45A/50A at 50/60Hz and a holding current of 25mA. Operating temperature ranges from -30°C to 125°C (TJ).
