STMicroelectronics ACST6-7SG-TR is a single-phase, sensitive gate TRIAC designed for AC power control applications. This TO-263-3, D2PAK surface-mount device offers a 700V off-state voltage and a 6A RMS on-state current. The sensitive gate trigger requirement of 10mA (Igt) and 1.5V (Vgt) makes it suitable for direct interface with microcontrollers and other low-power logic circuits.
