STMicroelectronics ACST435-8FP is a standard TRIAC from the ACS™/A.S.D® series. This single-configuration device features an 800 V off-state voltage and a 4 A RMS on-state current. The gate trigger current (Igt) is a maximum of 35 mA with a gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1.1 V. Hold current (Ih) is specified at a maximum of 25 mA.
