STMicroelectronics ACST410-8B is an ACS™/A.S.D® series TRIAC designed for sensitive gate applications. This single-configuration TRIAC features an 800V off-state voltage and a maximum on-state RMS current of 4A. The gate trigger current (Igt) is specified at a maximum of 10mA, with a maximum holding current (Ih) of 20mA. The device offers a peak non-repetitive surge current capability of 30A at 50Hz and 32A at 60Hz. It is packaged in a TO-252-3, DPAK (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 surface-mount package, suitable for automated assembly. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C (TJ). This component is utilized in various industrial and consumer electronics applications requiring robust AC power control.
