STMicroelectronics ACST1210-7T is a single TRIAC from the ACS™/A.S.D® series. This logic-sensitive gate device offers a 700V off-state voltage and a 12A RMS on-state current capability. It features a low gate trigger voltage of 1V (Vgt max) and a gate trigger current of 10mA (Igt max). The TRIAC exhibits a holding current (Ih max) of 30mA and a non-repetitive surge current capability of 120A at 50Hz and 126A at 60Hz (Itsm). Designed for through-hole mounting in a TO-220-3 package, the ACST1210-7T operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C (TJ). This component is suitable for applications in industrial motor control, lighting control, and power switching circuits. It is supplied in a tube.
