STMicroelectronics ACST1010-7FP is a single, sensitive gate TRIAC from the ACS™/A.S.D® series. This TRIAC offers a 700V off-state voltage and a 10A RMS on-state current. It features a low gate trigger current of 10mA maximum and a gate trigger voltage of 1V maximum. The non-repetitive surge current is rated at 100A and 105A for 50Hz and 60Hz respectively. Designed for through-hole mounting, it utilizes a TO-220FPAB package. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C. This component is suitable for applications in industrial automation, white goods, and lighting control systems.
