STMicroelectronics ACST10-7SFP is a single sensitive gate TRIAC designed for high-voltage AC power control applications. This component offers a 700V off-state voltage and a 10A RMS on-state current capability. The sensitive gate characteristic requires a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 10mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1V for reliable turn-on.
