STMicroelectronics ASD™ ACS120-7SH TRIAC. This single, sensitive gate TRIAC offers a 700V off-state voltage and a 2A RMS on-state current. Designed for through-hole mounting in a TO-251 (IPAK) package, it features a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 10mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1V. The device exhibits a holding current (Ih) of 45mA and a non-repetitive surge current rating of 20A and 11A at 50Hz and 60Hz respectively. Operating within a temperature range of -30°C to 125°C (TJ), this component is suitable for applications in motor control, lighting control, and solid-state relay designs.
