STMicroelectronics ASD™ ACS120-7SFP is a single, logic-sensitive gate TRIAC designed for high-voltage AC power control applications. This component offers a 700V repetitive peak off-state voltage and a 2A RMS on-state current capability. The sensitive gate requires a maximum of 1V Vgt and 10mA Igt for triggering, facilitating control with low-power microcontrollers. With a non-repetitive surge current rating of 20A at 50Hz and 11A at 60Hz, it provides robust performance under transient conditions. The device features a holding current (Ih) of 45mA (max).
