STMicroelectronics ACS™/A.S.D® ACS108-6SUF-TR is a single, logic-sensitive gate TRIAC designed for robust AC power control. This component offers a 600V off-state voltage and an 800mA maximum on-state RMS current. The sensitive gate configuration features a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 10mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 1V, facilitating simpler triggering circuits. It exhibits a holding current (Ih) of 25mA and a non-repetitive surge current rating of 7.3A/7.6A at 50/60Hz.
