STMicroelectronics ASD™ TRIAC ACS102-5TA-TR is a single, logic-sensitive gate TRIAC designed for AC power control applications. This component features a 500V blocking voltage and a continuous on-state current of 200mA (RMS). The sensitive gate requires a maximum trigger current (Igt) of 5mA and a maximum trigger voltage (Vgt) of 900mV, facilitating control with low-power logic devices.
