STMicroelectronics ASD™ ACS102-5T1 is a logic-sensitive gate TRIAC designed for AC power control applications. This component offers a 500V off-state voltage and a 200mA RMS on-state current capability. The sensitive gate characteristics, with a maximum gate trigger current (Igt) of 5mA and a maximum gate trigger voltage (Vgt) of 900mV, facilitate control with low-power logic devices. The device features a hold current (Ih) of 20mA and a non-repetitive surge current rating of 7.3A at 50Hz and 8A at 60Hz. Housed in an 8-SOIC surface mount package, the ACS102-5T1 is suitable for use in industrial automation, lighting control, and appliance control systems.
