STMicroelectronics SMP100MC-320 is a TRISIL™ thyristor designed for robust surge protection. This device features a 320V off-state voltage and a 300A peak pulse current (8/20µs), with a 100A peak pulse current rating for a 10/1000µs waveform. The SMP100MC-320 offers a 390V breakover voltage and a 150mA hold current. Its low capacitance of 35pF makes it suitable for high-speed data line applications.
