STMicroelectronics SMP100LC-360 is a TRISIL™ thyristor designed for robust overvoltage protection. This surface-mount component, housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) package, features a 360V off-state voltage and a 400A peak pulse current capability (8/20µs).
