STMicroelectronics STGW50NC60W is a 600V, 100A PowerMESH™ series IGBT designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This device features a maximum collector power dissipation of 285W and a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 2.6V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 40A collector current, based on the test condition of 390V, 40A, 10 Ohm, 15V. The IGBT exhibits switching energies of 365µJ (on) and 560µJ (off) with typical turn-on and turn-off delays of 52ns and 240ns respectively at 25°C. The component is packaged in a TO-247-3 with long leads for through-hole mounting. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C.
