STMicroelectronics STGF3NB60FD from the PowerMESH™ series is a 600V N-channel Trench IGBT designed for demanding power applications. This device features a 6A continuous collector current and a 24A pulsed collector current capability, with a low on-state voltage (Vce(on)) of 2.4V at 3A and 15V gate drive. The STGF3NB60FD offers a switching energy of 125µJ (off) at the specified test condition of 480V, 3A, 10O, 15V, with typical turn-on and turn-off delays of 12.5ns and 105ns respectively. Its 45ns reverse recovery time further enhances performance in high-frequency switching circuits. With a maximum power dissipation of 25W and an operating temperature up to 150°C (TJ), this IGBT is housed in a TO-220FP package for through-hole mounting. Applications include power factor correction, industrial motor drives, and uninterruptible power supplies.
