STMicroelectronics STGD3NB60SD-1 is a 600V, 6A N-channel IGBT from the PowerMESH™ series, suitable for high-frequency switching applications. This device features a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.5V at 15V gate drive and 3A collector current, with a maximum continuous collector current of 6A and a pulsed current capability of 25A.
