STMicroelectronics STGD3NB60HDT4 is a 600V PowerMESH™ series IGBT designed for demanding applications. This device offers a continuous collector current (Ic) of 10A and a pulsed collector current (Icm) of 24A. With a maximum power dissipation of 50W, it is suitable for power factor correction, motor control, and industrial power supplies. The IGBT features a standard input type and a low on-state voltage (Vce(on)) of 2.8V at 15V Vge and 3A Ic, with a switching energy of 33µJ (off) under test conditions of 480V, 3A, 10O, 15V. The DPAK (TO-252-3) surface mount package ensures efficient thermal management. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C. Supplied in Tape & Reel (TR) packaging.
