The STMicroelectronics STGD3NB60FT4 is a 600V, 6A PowerMESH™ series IGBT designed for high-efficiency switching applications. This surface mount device, packaged in a TO-252-3, DPAK, offers a maximum collector power dissipation of 60W and a continuous collector current of 6A.
