STMicroelectronics STGD10NC60ST4 is a 600V, 18A N-channel IGBT from the PowerMESH™ series, packaged in a DPAK (TO-252-3) for surface mounting. This device features a maximum continuous collector current of 18A and a pulsed collector current of 25A. The on-state voltage drop (Vce(on)) is a maximum of 1.65V at 15V gate-emitter voltage and 5A collector current. Switching characteristics include a turn-on delay (Td(on)) of 19ns and a turn-off delay (Td(off)) of 160ns at 25°C, with switching energies of 60µJ (on) and 340µJ (off) under test conditions of 390V, 5A, 10O, and 15V. The gate charge is 18 nC. This component is designed for applications in power factor correction and general purpose inverters, operating within a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It is supplied on tape and reel.
