STMicroelectronics STGB3NB60SDT4 is a 600V, 6A IGBT from the PowerMESH™ series, optimized for high-efficiency switching applications. This device features a maximum collector power dissipation of 70W and a robust collector-emitter breakdown voltage of 600V. The D2PAK (TO-263-3, D2PAK) surface mount package facilitates thermal management, with an operating temperature range up to 175°C.
