STMicroelectronics STGB35N35LZ-1 is a PowerMESH™ series IGBT designed for demanding power applications. This component features a 345V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current capability of 40A (80A pulsed). The low on-state voltage of 1.7V at 4.5V gate drive and 15A collector current, coupled with a typical gate charge of 49 nC, facilitates efficient switching. The device exhibits typical turn-on and turn-off delays of 1.1µs and 26.5µs respectively, at 25°C under test conditions of 300V and 15A. With a maximum power dissipation of 176W and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, this IGBT is suitable for use in motor control, power supplies, and industrial automation. It is provided in a TO-262-3 Long Leads (I2PAK) through-hole package.
