STMicroelectronics STGB20NC60V is a 600 V, 60 A PowerMESH™ series IGBT designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This device features a 200 W maximum power dissipation and a collector current of 60 A, with a pulsed collector current capability of 100 A.
