STMicroelectronics STGB20N40LZ is a PowerMESH™ series IGBT designed for demanding applications. This device features a 390V collector-emitter breakdown voltage and a continuous collector current capability of 25A, with a pulsed current handling of 40A. The collector-emitter on-state voltage (Vce(on)) is a maximum of 1.6V at 4V gate-source voltage and 6A collector current, with a typical gate charge of 24 nC. Optimized for surface mounting, it is housed in a TO-263-3, D2PAK package, supplied on tape and reel. With a maximum power dissipation of 150W and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 175°C, this IGBT is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards, making it suitable for automotive and industrial power conversion systems.
