STMicroelectronics STL80N4LLF3 is an N-Channel STripFET™ Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This device features a Drain-Source Voltage (Vdss) of 40V and a continuous Drain current (Id) of 80A at 25°C (Tc). The low on-resistance (Rds On) of 5mOhm at 10A and 10V gate drive, coupled with a maximum gate charge (Qg) of 28 nC at 4.5V, ensures excellent switching performance. With a maximum power dissipation of 80W (Tc) and an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C (TJ), this component is suitable for demanding environments. The STL80N4LLF3 utilizes STMicroelectronics' advanced MOSFET technology and is supplied in an 8-PowerVDFN package, specifically the PowerFlat™ (5x6) footprint, for efficient thermal management and surface mounting.
