The STMicroelectronics STL66N3LLH5 is an N-channel Power MOSFET from the STripFET™ V series. Featuring a 30V drain-source voltage rating and continuous drain current capability of 80A at 25°C (Tc), this device offers low on-resistance of 5.8mOhm maximum at 10.5A and 10V. It is designed for high-efficiency switching applications and is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use. The STL66N3LLH5 supports gate drive voltages from 4.5V to 10V, with a maximum gate charge of 12 nC at 4.5V. Its input capacitance (Ciss) is rated at 1500 pF maximum at 25V.
