STMicroelectronics STL55NH3LL is an N-Channel STripFET™ power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a 30V drain-source voltage rating and a continuous drain current capability of 55A at 25°C. The low on-resistance of 8.8mOhm at 7.5A and 10V Vgs, combined with a 4.5V gate drive capability, ensures efficient power switching. With a maximum power dissipation of 60W at 25°C, it is suitable for high-power density designs. The robust design includes a maximum gate charge of 12nC at 4.5V and input capacitance of 965pF at 25V. The STL55NH3LL is housed in an 8-PowerVDFN (PowerFlat™ 5x6) surface-mount package, ideal for automated assembly. Its operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C (TJ) makes it suitable for automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics sectors. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
