STMicroelectronics STL20NF06LAG is an N-channel STripFET™ II Power MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This AEC-Q101 qualified component features a 60V drain-source voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current (Id) of 20A at 25°C (Tc). With a low on-resistance (Rds On) of 40mOhm maximum at 4A and 10V, it minimizes conduction losses. The device is housed in an 8-PowerVDFN package, also known as PowerFlat™ (5x6), for efficient thermal management, offering 75W power dissipation at 25°C (Tc). Key parameters include a gate charge (Qg) of 22.5 nC at 10V and input capacitance (Ciss) of 670 pF at 25V. Suitable for automotive and industrial power conversion systems, this MOSFET operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 175°C.
