STMicroelectronics STK822 is a STripFET™ N-Channel Power MOSFET designed for high-efficiency power switching applications. This component features a 25V drain-source breakdown voltage and a continuous drain current capability of 38A at 25°C ambient temperature, with a maximum power dissipation of 5.2W. The STK822 offers a low on-resistance of 2.15mOhm at 19A and 10V Vgs. It is housed in a thermally enhanced PolarPak® package, suitable for surface mounting.
