STMicroelectronics STK820 is an N-Channel STripFET™ MOSFET designed for demanding applications. This device features a 25 V breakdown voltage (Vdss) and a continuous drain current capability of 21 A at 25°C ambient temperature, with a maximum power dissipation of 5.2 W (Ta).
